What the Scholarship Covers

The stipend amount varies slightly depending on whether the scholar lives in London or outside London.

Arrival and Departure Allowances

Scholars receive:

Who Can Apply (Eligibility Requirements)

Citizenship

must be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country or territory.

The scholarship is open to applicants from over 160 countries.

Academic Qualification

• A completed undergraduate degree that qualifies them for admission to a UK master’s program.

Work Experience

• At least two years of work experience (about 2,800 hours).

Work experience can include:
